This enchanting and historic cabin (once a "bunkhouse") is nestled under a giant walnut tree.  Large windows frame a stunning and unobstructed view of the Gila National Forest.  The Bungalow has  a 'studio' floor plan with many comforts of home; which includes a sink,  commode, queen size bed, 100% cotton bedding, freshly ground coffee and much more.

Legend has it that Billy 'The Kid' slept here. After all, his step dad William Antrim once owned the house next door.

In addition, the  cabin has a table, chairs,  closet and plenty of hooks to hang things on.  A coffee maker is in the cabin for your convenience.  The full bathroom is in the main house and in the summer months an outdoor shower is available.

Additional amenities are:  Wi-Fi,  private entry, reading lights (with USB port), hair dryer, bath supplies, (seasonal) electric heater/air conditioner, an eclectic library  and a private hot tub are just outside the Cabins door.

Guests have access to  Behr Art Galleries,  Autumnal Equinox Labyrinth, wisteria arbor with a swing,  private hot tub next to the Cabin and the covered porch.

 The Open Air Kitchen and Living Space are  just outside the front door of the Cabin. It has comfortable seating, tables, board games, a refrigerator, microwave, a  gas grill and anything else you may need for making meals and snacks.

For guests who would like to cook their meals, at no extra cost we provide everything except the food.
(plates, cups, utensils, cutting boards, toaster, etc.)

There are restaurants as close as 1/2 mile and two convenience stores in the greater Glenwood area.

Other amenities are a  full bathroom in the main house, an outdoor shower (summer months) and a hot tub.

The Pond House
Is a 10' X 10' waterproofed gazebo.

There is a queen size  bed, with all bedding provided (including an electric blanket),  reading lights with a USB port , WiFi, wood floor and rugs.  In addition, an antique commode has morphed into a composting toilet (toilet paper and sawdust provided).
Included in the nightly rate is a cabana that is attached to the Pond House. It has: a picnic table, cushioned chairs and solar lights

Horses, dog, cats, a turkey  and chickens roam the land during the day and in their coop and corral at night.

Many comforts of home including an electric blanket and wifi. Situated next to the lower pond and waterfall, the double bed is fully enclosed in mosquito netting. Comforter, cotton bedding, a very comfortable mattress...what more could you ask for?.
